Empire of Dreams: Clan Hu'benka-Tor

Clan Hu'benka-Tor has the highest proportion of psionics within the Empire. They are standard humans, with the same variations in pigmentation and body size as Earth humans.

The Hu'benka-Tor also have the highest percentage of "Navigators" within the Empire. "Navigator" is a 5-point psionic advantage for psionic characters. This advantage allows the character to flawlessly navigate through hyperspace. (Within the Empire campaign setting, hyperspace drives suffer a lot of drift. Typically -1 to Astrogation per 3 pc of travel, although better drive engines will provide better service.)

Psychology: Clan Hu'benka-Tor tend to see themselves as aristocrats, no matter what their social status within the Clan or the Empire.
