The two largest vessels ever manufactured by the Empire. The Heartbreaker is 2.5 miles long, and roughly wedge shaped (to provide a broader arc of fire to port and starboard mounted weapons). The Planetcaster is a huge globe 1.5 miles in diameter with the center hollowed out to contain the docking bays and shipyards (keeping them inside provides maximum protection).
Each is the pinnacle of Empire technology. The vessels were built under Imperial contract in the Terralopsia shipyards (TL12). As the Terralopsians are a peaceful people, the weapon systems were added later at the Imperial Shipyards on Throneworld IV (TL11).
These vessels are intended for full time habitation. The carry a huge crew, and thousands of passengers and soldiers, ground vehicles, preformed military and civilian bases, and have four space docks (three capable of supporting Frost-class vessels, and one massive bay for many smaller vehicles, including 48 standard Imperial fighters, and 14 standard Imperial transports.)
