Class Features
All of the following are Class Features of the breatah master prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A breath master gains no additional weapon or armor proficiences. Bonus Metabreath Feat:
The character gains a metabreath feat or breath-related feat. He must still meet the feat prerequisites. Save DC bonus:
The value (+1 or +2) is added as a competence bonus to the save DC of the breath weapon. Breath Weapon Boost (Su):
A breath weapon that does damage has the die type increasd by 1 step. For example, a red dragon's breath weapon normally causes d10s of damage. Boosted, it now causes d12s of damage. Breath weapons that cause d12s before becoming a 4th-level dragon breath master instead add +1 point per die of damage.
This die boost increase also applies to breath weapons that do not cause hit point damage, but instead cause ability damage or inflict negative levels. Any dice are bumped to the next
die size. Breath weapons that do not cause variable damage, but do have durations, instead have the durations doubled. Breath weapons, such as a gorgon's petrifying
breath, that do not cause variable damage, nor have durations, instead have their save DC increased by +2 more as a supernatural benefit.

Metabreath Feats Although the path of the breath master is most often taken up by dragons, it can be taken up by any creature with a breath weapon, such as a gorgon.
For this prestige class, the definition of metabreath feats includes any metabreath feats from the Draconomicon, any breath weapon-related feat from the Dragonlance Campaign
Setting and any breath-related feat approved by the GM.

Yes, this is written up as a four level prestige class. Yes, this breaks the WOTC convention of 3, 5 or 10 level prestige classes. Your point is? :-) The four level structure seemed to fit the intent of this class best.
