A tiny little division of the FBI secretly created by the Atlanta bureau chief of S.H.E.L.L.  Even the members don't remember what it means.  It is headed by Equinox.  All members except one are reformed"criminals.  D-SAST operates outside the law doing the "dirty work"that regular law enforcement cannot do.  They have been nick-named "Disaster One" because most of their operations, although successful, are certainly unconventional successes that usually result in something exploding.
